Hey guys. I notice a lot of these guys posting videos who are large and incharge lift heavy and some what quick. I myself lift slowly.. This really bulks me up FAST. I lift for roughly 4 seconds up and 4 seconds down.. But was curious.. Is this an overall good way to lift? I am bulky and strong but no rip which is fine with me BUT real question is in the future is it best to lift faster and heavyer?
