Alhamdulillah the evidence is very compelling, shaykh Uthman Ibn Farooq from California made a podcast about this miracle of the prophet Muhammad ﷺ. This is one of the proofs from non Muslims in the time of the prophet that this supernatural phenomenon was a true factual event that occurred when the pagans from Mecca asked him to split the moon and he pointed to it and it was split into two, one side was viewed from Yemen and the other half from greater Syria. Examining the painting which is very beautiful in it's detail and simplicity it does add that ambiguity to the distinction between the sky and the ocean. Beautifully and well done.

This splitting of moon is a bogus fairy tale and utter nonsense! Actual story is symbolic , the moon referred in the story itself is islam, which was foretold by the prophet(SWT) as Islam would split into 2 sects and from there it will keep on splitting and misinterpreting the divine Quran by so called muslims after the prophet. As all can witness now there are several sects of Islam rather during the phase (ERA) of the prophet there were no sects only 1 true islam. But now we have a whole lot of bogus Muslims with bogus fairy tales!!

Qur’aan 45:1 matches with Qur’aan 84:1, 69:16 and 55:37; and the key word in 45:1 is the hour has come near! (And the moon, just as the sky was split apart / was cracked / was fissured. In other words, is the hour where the entire universe is being torn apart!) Not just the moon, it has not yet happened but eventually will happen!

54. THE MOON (al-Qamar) In the name of Allah, the Gracious, the Merciful 1. The Hour has drawn near, and the moon has split. 2. Yet whenever they see a miracle, they turn away, and say, “Continuous magic.” 3. They lied, and followed their opinions, but everything has its time. The evidence 1. Not single Non Muslim Arab that were the enemy of Prophet Muhammad PBUH at that time even deny the moon splitting happened 2. To the one who assume Russian people did not saw, do you know this is 1400 years ago, did you know how cold the northern hemisphere that time, and you honestly think people in cold places stay outside in the cold at night? for what? wasting time looking at the moon? 3. People 1400 years ago live in a time where electricity does not exist, you simply think people wake up at night until late? this moon splitting must have a occurred early at night with full moon. Full moon in Arab peninsula usually happens around 7 to 8 pm. that is early at night. Even part of Palestine cannot see the moon. 4. Part of west cost India should have seen the moon. since it is close to Arabian peninsular. Full moon in India sighted around 0000hrs when full moon is sighted in Arab peninsular at 1915 hrs.

the surrounding regions of Arabia would have seen it clearly too, there would have been people who were still awake and saw it and inform the people to wake up and see it, you would be assuming that every single person luckily for one night of out all human history in the middle east were all asleep, even the all guards of the cities were taking a quick nap coincidentally, its logical to assume there would have been someone to see it and inform people and the surrounding regions have a bigger population, there's more chance of them seeing it. there's no sources outside of the religion that confirms this event, the Indian king story is a myth. the moon would have been clear for the surrounding regions too and i'm not talking about Russia. places Egypt, Syria, Iraq and Yemen before their conversions would have seen it clearly and recorded it too but not one of them did and they see the full moon together, so that part of Palestine cant see the moon isn't correct. sometimes you can even see the moon in the daylight but it doesn't happen every time.

Splitting of the Moon is one of the 1,000 miracles of Prophet Muhammad[p.b.u.h.].

@@zeyadkenawi8268 Logical fallacy here means there is a error in the logic you are applying. The logic being that you think the moon splitting story is referring literally to the actual moon and not metaphorically or symbolically. If you want to believe that then go right a head and live in lala land. Familiarise yourself with what's written in the Quran.

@Mirza Baig nay I just find it hard to believe in bullshit. You do understand that 1/3-1/4 of the world would have seen this supposed miracle which again is a sign that judgement day is near. Also nowhere in the verse will you find name of Muhammad but you will find in many places Allah saying he didn't give Muhammad any miracles or signs/wonders so are you calling Allah a liar?
