This interpretation of love is very true, I have to say we have been married going on 54 yrs and it has graduated to more of friendship and deeper than earlier on in life. The older it gets the stronger it can become, except it is not easy and it can fall away at some points if you do not have the unconditional kind of love, The forgiving love. No one I ever totally safe from the times it may fall away, but the strength is in the fact you have weathered many turmoils together and got stronger. Such a fine way for Stefanie to always remember the truth of the story of love! So wonderful to have it so close, and love is like that, close but sometiems seem far but not lost. Communication and forgiveness I the most important to hold together. Well, we never have it figured out, but we always work at it.

I guess I’m a bit older and when I heard “authentic” I understood it to mean genuine, real, etc. To me an authentic human being sounds strange as in what other kind of human being would there be. Authentic used to be the term for, “it’s an authentic Rolex, not an imitation or a cheap knock off.” Like I say, being older I am not used to hearing words used in this way. Cheers

As I renovate my grandmother's 1867 farmhouse, I too am sorting into what can be used and what won't work. The sort goes on both at the farmhouse and in my current home. I think it will be a two year sort. I have sorted out already what I am sure is no longer used here or will be used for the farmhouse and all that will be in a yard sale in July. Then there is the pile of maybe it can be used and as the renovation finishes room to room, I will be moving things and seeing what works. The "doesn't work" will be set aside for another yard sale next summer. It's a process that wrecks havoc temporarily! I really like Sara's fabric storage method. I have about a cupboards worth too and am going to take it from shelves, roll it using her method and set it up -- much easier to access for sure. As always, enjoy all the hints and ideas I get from watching progress at the chateau.

How in the world is the fabric survived 200 years? My ggg Grandparent are from France. My paternal grandmother spoke the native language. My father could understand his mother’s native language and claimed he could not speak it fluently. Until one night with his dementia he started speaking French very fluently and fast. He had snuck out of my parents house and l dialed my Mother to let her listen to Dad speak French. As a child l always wanted to speak French as my other cousins. I cannot wait to visit France for a couple of months next year. I am delighted l have found your channel. It would be a dream to stay at your lovely B&B Castle. I am going to be spending many late nights watching all the videos. I was a commercial and residential woman builder in America. ❤️❤️

Another epic installment! Congratulations on finding the book with the toile in it! I have a strict policy of not critiquing/condemning anything I do not understand. Which is why I have not said a word, publicly or privately, against the pink tape. I will now say though, that I am glad it is going! Thank you for the video!

Stephanie, A Princess deserves her bed chamber❗️ We are all so excited to see what you do with your room. Without a sanctuary, one cannot recharge. You deserve to be pampered, as you give so much to everyone. You are L❤️VED. Peggy One of the FIRST LaLanders‼️ We were on the livestream the day we were thinking of names to call ourselves. I think I might have snapped a screenshot! I am saddened that I cannot remember which person came up with LaLanders. It was an instant hit. Cincinnati, Ohio USA 🇺🇸

I'm excited to see the mix of fabrics in your room!! I love the stories, although I personally believe friendship is foundational for love and true love is lost without it. But, isn't that what the story was saying??? And sometimes, love is a choice cuz time does change us all. Anyway, just my little two bits.....with a dash of easily confused and forgetful. 👀
