The juice is the best part! Making sausage with onions and peppers you get a lot of that greasy sauce in there, really brightens up the dish, great for dipping bread in too

Honestly I'd expect nothing less from Mr. Sausage at this point. Still not as bad as some of the sausages or when he drinks the water/juice that comes out of the tube (I'm still scarred by him drinking the egg water). I genuinely thought he would, got disappointed when it looked like he wouldn't, and then ascended when he pulled out the grease tray.

I can't count how many episodes I've waited to hear a "that's the X water". This was no disappointment!!

Finally an intro in my language.

I'm not Italian but I live in Italy and this brings me right out the front door and to my neighbor's house!

With all the liquid, I think some breadcrumbs might have been good to soak it up and keep it in the sausage (and keep the flavours in), while keeping the sausage together better, too.
