If Law makers becomes the Law breakers, they should pay the price for it. Education minister should keep the credibility of the system intact without making premature statements that will put government down.

The first meeting of constituent assembly was held in new delhi on 9 th December 1946 and it was presided by Dr. sachidanand Sinha . After that Rajendra Prasad became the chairman of constituent assembly.

बिहार में ये सब नियम लागु नहीं होता..... रही बात न्यायालय की तो वो चादर ओढ़ के सो जाता है इन मुद्दों पर....कुछ समय बाद सब नार्मल हौ जायेगा जिस हिसाब से सिस्टम बना है 😜😜😜

Neh!! Esa kuch nhi... Aur rahi baat re-exam ki to bhul jaao.. Kyuki routine garbar hoga.. Last baar re-neet huwa tha tab sirf or sirf natural cause k karan. Aur paper leak to bengal me bhi huwe h 😂😂

The best way is that entire amount spent on conducting that exam shall be recovered from perpetrators with penalty and imprisonment. At the same time students trying to qualify through such unfair means shall be debarred for 3 years or imprisonment.

Printing question Papers and sending of question Papers before due time to exam centres is the root of the problem. The soft copies of the question papers should be send few minutes before the exam and a video recording through CCTV camera should be submitted after exam.

All the exams should be made cbt based like jee mains ,advance...so no chance to leak...also it'll resolve the issue of like damaged omr sheet etc

लेकिन इस कानून में और भी जोड़ना चाहिए था जो कुछ भी भर्ती निकाली जातीहैं नोटिफिकेशन से लेकर फाइनल लिस्ट तक का कैलेंडर भी साथ ही जारी करना चाहिएथा सरकार अपने लिए तो ऐसा कुछ भी नहीं बताया कि हम एक वैकेंसी निकलती हैं और कई कईसालों तक उसको पूरा नहीं करते हैं

सरकार को population control act पास करने पर ध्यान देना चाहिए नाकी paper peak act पर । अगर जनसंख्या कम होगी तो सभी बच्चों को ज्यादातर नौकरियां मिल जाएगी ।

झारखंड में पिछले वर्ष ऐसा ही कानून लागू होने के 3 महीने के अंदर JHARKHAND CGL लीक हो गया.... आज भी कुछ नहीं हुआ उसमें! 🙄 कानून से कुछ नहीं, सही रूप से लागू करने पर ही कुछ होगा!!! 👍👍👍

Fine imposed in the law is quite less... When they are taking around 40 lacs for providing a paper, 10 lacs is very less fine...

State exams should be included in this act. Most of the cases of paper leak is coming from the state exams departments.

All these laws must be published more so that it can reach every person every corner

Government is not working for students it is only for Andhbhakts 😂. As a student I think that I am not benefited form government policies. Government has imposed 18% gst on education which makes it more costlier.
