Hi Chinese American here. This is fed to new born baby In the olden days when new mom didn't have enough milk and couldn't afford a we nurse. You can also save time/work and buy a bag of rice powder from the Asian market.

Kichi, I have very oily skin. A combination of two teaspoons of glycerine and vitamin E is too much oil for me. Any alternative? Also we don't have rose water in Zambia. What would be the alternative?

Rice is little drying for the skin that's why the glycerine I guess but I used only oil and rose water.. also I added aloevera instead of glycerine
