Let be honest, one can spend endless money and time with how many promises are out there. I have wasted some money, but thanks to finding your channel earlier in the year, I've wasted little. I have to say your skin looks amazing!! I use just about everything you mentioned except for the NuFace. I was watching the Doctorly here on You Tube and they say that the NuFace actually can stretch the skin. They said the reason being is that the NuFace is designed to stretch and contract the muscles and over time this sort of workout can actually make the skin sag. When I look at you that isn't the case at all. My major problem is that I also take a lot of medication due to some 4 major spine surgeries I had. I have noticed since my surgeries 5 years ago my skin has changed a lot. Overall it's not terrible. In fact I just spent the summer on Long Island being with my granddaughter and visiting family and friends, and my cousin thought I had a facelift. Which I did not. Even though I received compliments about how good I look we all have our own comfort level. I see a dramatic change in my skin especially the hollowing in my cheeks and my jawline. Once again, I want to thank you for the content you put out here and the amount of research you do to help not just yourself but all of us who watch you. PS, maybe I will give the new face a try and see if it does anything for me. If I don't see a change in 6 months to a year I can always just stop using it. Once again, Thank You!

The evidence for fermented probiotic skincare is mainly anecdotal and not really backed up with studies. Of the 2 products you mentioned I think there are much better products on the market but if I had to pick 1 I'd go with the Estee Lauder serum. The 2 formulas are very similar but Lancome includes a lot of denatured alcohol (drying) and fragrance.

Hi Angie, regarding the red light masks, it would be great to learn more about the bulb life of these devices. I have a Revive Lookbook, which I love, but the company said the device has a shelf life of about one year due to the bulbs losing intensity over time with use. And they base that shelf life of one year on using it only once per day! If you use it on multiple areas that is like 4x a day not once. Then it would not even have a year life, more like 6 months. So, even when it gets old it may still look like it is working because the lights still come on and look bright but it really isn't working because the bulbs are 'worn out'. No one talks about this. Thanks!!

She has a video or two of laser treatments she did that really helped with dark sun spot damage. She even showed a video using an at home IPL hair removal device that lightened her spots on her legs. She texted it for hair removal on one leg only. She noticed at the end of the test she did, her dark sun spots were fading. In office IPL can lighten them so I assume there is science behind why that device lightened those spots. Search her channel and you’ll find the vid I’m referring too. I use a similar device for hair removal but my legs really have never seen much sun, so I don’t notice how it affects dark spots.
