Anti-Aging Microcurrent For The Neck

Тәжірибелік нұсқаулар және стиль

This video shows you how to use microcurrent for an anti-aging neck treatment, addressing both horizontal and vertical neck lines. I use the MyoLift Mini but show you how you might also use the Nuface Trinity or Clareblend Mini. I'll also show you how to use gemstone tools, like gua sha or rollers, to relax tight muscles that cause wrinkles.

    This is such a helpful demo as your explanation is so easy to understand and follow! I just purchased the Myolift a week or so ago so I am trying to learn how to use it correctly. I have the Clareblend mini and really like it since it is simple to use but wanted to see if the Myolift can take it to the next level.

    Hi, I’m loving your channel! I’m 35 and I think my issue is more skin laxity than a lack of muscle definition. The skin just seems loose. What would you recommend for this? Retin-A? Would the Myolift help for loose skin on the neck and if so, should I use the Educate mode to help “lift” and “tighten” the skin?

    Hi Kathy! I love your videos and how well you explain everything. I'm 32 and have recently started using the myolift mini. My main concerns are mostly my tech neck wrinkles, and fine lines about my eyes. Since I don't have so many concerns, I'm worried about if doing the whole regimen is harmful. Should I still do the whole myolift regimen if I don't have a ton of other concerns like sagging? Also, for the neck, I want to get rid of my horizontal lines, can I just use erase instead of also using educate after?

  • @TheOrganicEsthetician

    @TheOrganicEsthetician

    4 жыл бұрын

    Totally. Feel free to only focus on areas of concern. I would occasionally do a full face treatment as a preventative measure. Not only does microcurrent stimulate the muscles but it helps energize the skin. A monthly all over microcurrent treatment will help keep your skin healthy.

  • @TheOrganicEsthetician

    Also, every muscle on your face is connected, so you’ll be able to help the results of you neck and eyes, by occasionally addressing the big picture. Not harmful 😊 just a great way of ensuring you always have nice skin!

    It might be similar but the microcurrent will be significantly more effective in a much shorter time frame. It also depends on the facial exercise... some stretch and some tighten... not always where it's the most beneficial.

    I have a super hard time getting connectivity on my neck and some areas of the face. I can use half the tub of gel and it still doesn’t work. It’s to the point that I get so frustrated I give up. In my opinion bc it’s so hard to get connectivity I think the ZIIP is much better.

    Ruby Rayne have you tried turning the intensity down? Turn the intensity lower and push the probes into the skin slightly more than you would elsewhere. Sometimes thinner skin can be challenging to work on. The forehead occasionally is the same way. It’s weird cause it’s only the mini that is finicky on these areas, not the 600 or MD.

    ... I’m still confused about the prominent platysma muscle, the one that people usually get Botox for ... does that require relaxing or tightening ... also, I’m assuming that when you refer to the “lines” you are referring to wrinkles, and not the actual protrusion of the platysma muscle ... ?

  • @TheOrganicEsthetician

    @TheOrganicEsthetician

    4 жыл бұрын

    At it’s simplest, anywhere you’d get Botox you want to use Erase, everywhere else use Educate. I almost exclusively use Erase on the neck, because everyone I see (no matter what age) has tight neck muscles creating horizontal lines. Occasionally you’ll see vertical lines on the neck. These are caused by a weakening of the platysma, that’s when I’d use Educate.
