New sub here and I love it!!!! I’m starting with my Antherium bug too…… so is your basic set up Pon, leca on bottom and no draining ? Maybe I missed a certain video

I appreciate you. 💚🙏 So for the basic set up, yes I love the glass vessel and no drainage especially when I am transferring from another medium. I find it the easiest way to transition. Once the roots reach the bottom, I like to move them into a wick rope system for long term, that is the goal for each one of my plants.

How long does it take for a new anthurium leaf to fully harden? It’s been more than a month since my Anthurium veitchii, doroyaki, and magnificum produced new leaves but they haven’t hardened yet.

A new anthurium leaf usually takes about 2 to 3 weeks to fully harden, but this can change based on the growing conditions. 💚

The Anthurium bug is very expensive to treat 😆, I’ve been trying to find a cure for a few years now 🤣. I’m very jealous of your 64% ambient humidity! Mine averages in the 35%-45% range 😬. 🌼🌸🌺🪻🌷🫶

I just have too many plants that keeps my humidity higher than it used to be. So just add more plants! 🤭 or just group them together for higher micro climate. 🥰🙏💚
