The first Judge Dredd movie sucked so bad that it would’ve only tarnished the reputation of Anthrax and this song had it been included. The second movie was so badass it didn’t need Anthrax, which pains me to say.

Anthrax are my favorite of the big four behind Megadeth!!! I have always loved these guys and Joey is fucking phenomenal (not here of course but usually pretty great) always had been and will be

Of the big 4 I never really got Anthrax. I love the Sound of White Noise and Stomp 442 albums (and Got The TIme and Bring The Noise) but literally everything else leaves me stone cold.

I wanted so much to like Anthrax. I picked up Fistful of Metal when it first came out. In later years, their sound was always too muddled, and they were always too restrained. They seemed like they were afraid of being uncool if they were too metal, so they needed this ironic attitude.

Unpopular opinion: Joey Belladona is not fit for a thrash metal band. He is a great singer, don't get me wrong. His voice is wonderful and has a great range. But he is not a Thrash singer. The music is heavy, but he sings like the singer of a rock band. He is great in the company of great rock singers, but in metal, he sounds odd. Maybe exactly because he sings well, and we are used to the grumblings of Hetfield and Mustaine.
