Tunde's gameplan is for Ant to be able to keep this up for 36 minutes. Any fighter approaching him would be essentially pulped.

Agreed... this is a conditioning drill, however it's still recommended to have proper form. Precise repetition is completely overlooked. Ricardo Lopez was a grandmaster at that, never flashy but extremely smooth in the ring. Had a natural flow to his punches. If you have a chance, it's highly recommended to see him train. Repetition, Repetition, & Repetition.

His only issue is conditioning no matter how much he does he always gets really tired towards ends of fights this is how he's lost against the elites he's an amazing talent this is his only downfall
