I rewatched and it could be a draw at the and although I though it should go to Ankalaev. First 3 rounds you could give Blachowicz as well, last two Ankalaev, and if last round could go 10-8, that is a draw. The last round could go 10-9 Ankalaev also, and maybe round one o three Ankalaev, except controll on the ground from Ankalaev we haven't saw anthing spectacular, at the other side Jan did somer serious damage with those leg kicks and was better fighter for sure in stand-up fight. If you reatch, it was really close fight .

Anthony is a true legend, he understands the fight game, the UFC is business & he won't begrudge Hill that chance at a bigger paycheck, but he should be the back up fighter for the UFC 283 bout As for beyond that I know he competes a Light Heavy but would be interesting to know what his walk around weight is compared to Stipe, i don't think Stipe cuts anything as he usually weighs in around 230-240. Can't imagine Anthony's walk around weight is that far off that so if both guys were up for it could be a nice compensatory fight (& added bonus of not needing to cut weight) for either UFC 285 or 286 which are a week either side when he should have fought Hill.
