You needn't be old and dying... Young and old, " Rage, rage against the dying of the light!"

It is so interesting to see and hear from two exceptional actors (Anthony Hopkins and Michael Sheen) their different interpretations of such an epic poem. It fills my heart with comfort and joy that, at least to me, I am not alone in understanding such emotional expression from personal experiences in different ways where I seek comfort. Such beauty. x

‘The silence of the lambs’ has the same cadence as ‘the dying of the light’. Very chilling in his voice

When I was hearing the dialogue in Gwyn's video I was thinking it was a part of the script of the game. How foolish of me, but the way Anthony Hopkins reads it makes it sound like it belongs in dark souls

Hopkins performed it well, and in a non-standard way. I also read it: kzread.info/dash/bejne/hp-p2aqYdKTMpMY.html
