God surely needed a great piano player when he called Anthony Burger home to heaven!

Ivan I pray you are getting better and your treatment is healing you. Our healer is Jesus. Your voice has touched so many. I will pray for you. I think of you so often. Your voice a gift from our Heavenly Father.

Every time I listen to this we want to be on be on this traveling road. Heaven is awaiting for each one of us. I can see the lights of home. I can feel the love of Jesus.

I attended 2 years of high school with Anthony, and my mom took piano lessons at their store in Cleveland, Tn. One of the nicest people I ever met!

I was not raised in church but I accidentally stumbled across a video one day it was The Martins singing The Promise and I have been on a journey searching for Worship music and have seen and heard many many beautiful people singing for the Lord, and I love this song and they done a wonderful job singing it!

Kirk Talley is my all-time favorite singer.

I knew Anthony was a suburb piano player but never knew he sang. Awesome. He is missed.

One Of The Greatest Songs I Have Heard.

My sweet precious little momma loved this song. It will be played at her funeral tomorrow when they take her out. She always loved when we sung this at church in the choir. She s in Gloryland now, no pain nor suffering, her little mind is well now no Alzheimer's at all. Praise be to JESUS.

My Utmost Heartfelt Thoughts and Prayers for You Cynthia and Your Family, All Who Loved Your Sweet Mama. I too lost my Daddy to Alzheimers at the age of 77 in 94. And then My Sweet Mama to Dementia in Dec of 2015 at the age of a 91 Blessed Years. Lost my most Beloved Brother the ver next year Dec 12th, 2016 to lung Cancer from where he worked, not smoking. But this was one of his most Beloved Hymns. He is the one who introduced me to the Gaithers, Mama too in the 60's. With their Music. Mama and my Grandmother too played piano as I do. Or keyboard now. Play Accordion too. But I Love the old Hymns too. We Always listened to the Quartets singing on Sunday Mornings , before going to Church. The called it the "Old Time Gospel Hour". That's where a lot of the old Quartets got their start. I am Sorry, rambling too much. My Heart goes out to You and Your Family Over Your Loss. Why would you have Kirk Talley singing this song on the videos when everyone knows that he had come out and that he was gay that is against the Bible which anyone can change their way but I have known this since I was a teenager because I used to love to hear him sing but when he come out that he was gay I knew it was wrong even as a teenager please pray for him and I hope he's done and sharing his turned his life around

I have always loved this song since i was a kid. Also Anthony Burger in my opinion is the greatest to ever play the piano! He has an incredible testimony too! Someone posted a video of him giving his testimony on youtube! Its incredible!

Amen Brother!! The Lord delivered me Feb 22, 1981. I had the same history, but Praise the Lord I'm heaven bound now. Thank the Lord I don't miss any of it. This world gave me a lot of heartache.

At age eight months, he fell into a heating duct on the floor of his house. He suffered third degree burns on his hands, face and legs. The doctors told his parents he was very likely to not be able to move his hands in the future, despite that he was one of the best pianists in the world. (My opinion)

I remember meeting him in person as a child. During the intermission he came down and just walked and talked with the people there. It wasn't a large concert. Only a couple hundred. He was so genuine and friendly. I was probably six or so. I told him he was my favorite. He smiled and thanked me energetically and shook my hand. What a great guy. Still remains one of my favorites and one of the most talented second tenors of all time.

A TRULY GREAT TRIO, ANTHONY COULD ABSOLUTELY PLAY A PIANO. HEAVEN WILL BE GLORIOUS WITH SO MUCH SINGING AND PRAISING OUR PRECIOUS LORD. I WANT EVERYONE THERE.

Once you get on that Glory road you give up all judging and let God work through people to bless you. Amen.

All three are great and were always personable. In many concerts would mingle with the audience after their performance.

This is INCREDIBLE! WHAT A JOYOUS SONG! ANTHONY BURGER- Not just a pianist, are ya! Kirk Talley - surely the angels are rejoicing to hear this song!!!

These three would have been a great group !! Each one alone is super special, but who knew their combination would be this outstanding !

I've been to 1 homecoming and a Gaither vocal band concerts and both times I knew I witnessed something special. GODly love filled the air.

I have listened to this over 100 times now. I absolutely love it. Kirt Talley has a great tenor voice. Ivan Parker has a fabulous voice. It’s great to hear Anthony has such a great talent. Piano playing is the best I’ve ever heard. He has multiple talents. God has blessed all of them.

Fellow pilgrims we ride to heaven on the glory road. Love god and the son of god . Amen.

In 2010 Talley was diagnosed with abductor spasmodic dysphonia, a vocal disorder that was affecting his ability to sing, by December 2012 it became so severe after a series of Botox shots that were supposed to give strength back to his voice which wound up making his voice worse, he left the road from singing. Talley issued this to the public toward the end of 2013 in a Facebook post which he said "ok i know i haven't posted much on here lately....but as you know I am no longer traveling or singing. I work full time for Belk, at Westtown Mall in Knoxville. I am a Ralph Lauren Polo specialist there and enjoy that. Vocally I am having trouble. I was diagnosed with Abductor Spasmodic Dysphonia and that has caused it to be very difficult to sing, and some days, even talk. Thanks for your prayers concerning that..." Talley undergoes regular treatment for his vocal problems in the hopes that he may be able to sing again.

How many souls have been lead to Christ through Kurt Tally's ministry? God knew all about Kurt and if he was good enough for God he is good enough for me. How about the woman at the well? Good enough to be called to be the first evangelist of the gospel. Most of the narrow minded unsaved judgmental Christians should just keep their mouth shut. Who are they to play God? I had an amazing Christian Piano teacher. On her wall she had a poster that said "God uses the consecrated more than the talented". We got both here and with many others I have seen or heard.
