No quiero llorar por tantos años que perdí de conocer a Andre Rieu and his JSO And his violin porque si lloro las lágrimas no me permitirán ver las estrellas que brillan en la música de André Rieu.....⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Interestingly this song became over the years an anthem for Maastricht, conveying the atmosphere in the city. But originally it was written as the anthem and starting song for the Singing Cleaning Ladies choir (Zingende Potsvrouwe koer) from Maastricht, hence the references to "choir" and "being together" and "friendship" in the song. And the nickname for this choir was the "Gezelle vaan de Zaank". I saw some performances of this choir when I grew up in Maastricht, and they always started and ended with this song.
