We went there 4 days ago to look at a house we saw on Zillow and I didn't even get out of the car , it looked like it was planned in 24 hour's , typicall desert living .

I love Anthem, and yet I live in Staten Island, NY. LOL (Good friend lives out there).

Nicely done! We closed on our Anthem house this last week and I’m so excited to move in next month.

In Athem Parkside West seems like the best place for families maybe? This was really educational. Seems like so many options for all sorts of individuals.

So glad it was helpful! Anthem is awesome for families in general, but you're right we see lots of families in Anthem Parkside West, the homes tend to be a little larger which helps!

Yucca model Pulte Homes builds I want to buy. But cannot find a review list like amazon review on their products. Might want to have home owners at Florence Arizona Pulte homes do reviews on warranty for pipes or issues.. dream house can become a nightmare.

These videos are very helpful and Anthem is at the top of our list when we are ready to move at the end of the year. I have a question about parking in any of the communities: We have a small RV (converted Sprinter-style van) that is the same length as a pickup, but too tall for most garages. Are there any homes with an RV gate or extended height garage to park such a vehicle? Or are smaller vehicles like this okay to park in the driveway full-time? I know some HOAs have restrictions on this, so I’m curious what the protocol is in Anthem, particularly the country club community.

There is one area of Anthem where RV parking is allowed (behind your RV gate), it's called Arroyo Grande. That being said, if you were storing your RV off-site (like at a storage facility), you can get a permit to bring it to your home in Country Club for loading and un-loading (there are time restrictions). Hi Emma, I believe the area you’re referring to is actually in Florence, Arizona. They have a community in Florence called Anthem, and they too have a ‘Parkside’. It can be very confusing! In fact, the two communities look very similar. Florence, Arizona is located southeast of Phoenix. In this video, I am talking about the community of Anthem that is located north of Phoenix. Florence is about 100 miles away from this Anthem, so unfortunately I am not all that familiar with the new builds there. Anthem is in Florence Arizona? Liked Florence ranks # 1 safe city. Reviews of home owners on pulte homes?? Like at Amazon we see if product is worth buying? At you tube I see home owners say two year warranty on pipes. And homes were a nightmare. But do not know if at Florence pulte homes?

There is a community called Anthem in Florence, Arizona but they are different (they are about 95 miles apart). I know it is a bit confusing!
