There was no plastic surgery there were just futile attempts made on it. Other than astrophysics and numerology we had no ancient contribution.

At 7 07 , when sir Parvez talks about the non existence of a unified nation and a national identity in the minds of the Indians citing Romila Thapar ; it needs to be kept in mind that "nation" as an idea is a European 17th century or later construct and hence it is quite understandable that such an Indian "nation" did not exist before the arrival of the Arabs and Europeans. What the English medium educated academics in the sub continent often fail to take into account is the fact that the people of this land did not share an identification based on religion or nation but rather with their code of behaviour, their societal rules and a shared idea of the divine which was a relatively flexible one. One of such societal code is our treatment towards the cows. Only a few people here ate beef and most of us had a reverent attitude towards the animal. The divide between the various castes was quite pronounced then as it is now in India and inter mingling was prohibited and still is in some places but all the people belonged to "bharatvarsh" which was not one nation with a common language, currency, flag etc but a vast region with various people, geographical region and sense of unity

Lol there was no constitution back then, nor unified language or one single ruler...nobody denies these facts but throwing these facts to devalue Indian civilization is a cheap shot😂 There was a deep common culture all over the ancient India...it may look different but if closely observed it is similar. Anyways, there are many mentions of bharata in many old texts like Vedas and so many other scriptures...maha-Bharat😂 Just look at how beautifully Ramayana explained the geography of ancient India...it perfectly on the spot about Srilanka, Ram Sethu and many other places. ROMILA Thapar is staunch leftist, she didn't even cared to learn Sanskrit and still she is seen as the best Indian Historian 😂 it's like French historian can't read or speak French...would French govt or their people would let that happen? No! But in India since majority is poor or lower incom class nobody has time to object this stupidity...and people who object they are tagged as "Hindutava" as if it is cuss word. And then this guy hoodboy says, Hindus being educated was one of the reason which causes the difference....dude he is not intellectual, how stupid that statment is! The actual reason is Muslims saw invaders as their forefathers and Hindus did not liked that....look at names of pakistani missiles....babur, ghazanvi 😂 Btw 1. Nobody ate cows. 2. @Semper Invicta you are talking about modern analytical history which I don't know of but tabari's traditional history is a very good starting point for someone who wants to delve into Islamic history. It is regarded by many leading historians of Islam, regardless of their religion, as fairly authentic and non biased. But it is not a modern history which would be based on empirical data or analysis
