Feliz año 2024 Compre uno en Sears recientemente y lo lo logre cargar al 100% se tarda y el caragador se caliente pero lo desconecte despues de 60% aproximadamente para que el cargador se enfriara y luego hoy lo termine de cargar un exito obvio hay que conocer que es para uso basico Dios los bendiga saludos desde Puerto Rico

I would NOT get the Tenergy 60W panel. It maxes out at 36W and when the panel heats up it gets as low as 10W!
I recently purchase a T320 and charged it for the first time, after a full day of charging (8-hours) it only charged to 98%. Any suggestions?

It's possible the T320 might need some more time to reach 100%. Can you try letting it charge more to see if it'll get there? If not please reach out to our team at service@tenergy.com and we can look into the issue more or sending you a replacement.
