Celeborn wouldn’t care because he knew how a dwarves army sacked Menegroth after two surviving dwarves told their kin that the elves tried to cheat them and attacked them. For whatever reason, and whoever Celeborn eventually learns instigated the war, I doubt he would ever forgive dwarves for the destruction they wrought on HIS land, and HIS people. He is old enough to know of the obstinance of dwarves, and their own animus towards elves. While I don’t think his base opinion of them would have Celeborn resort to hostility towards dwarves in general, certainly he would prefer to have nothing to do with them. Gimli was that rare exception.
Got a question: What happened to Frodo's special items after he went to Valinor? Did Sam keep Sting, Galadriel's phial? And if so, what happened to them after HE went to Valinor?

They had various festivals for harvest and midsummer, and for yule. They also of course had their birthday celebrations.
