I was 19 when I had my daughter at a birthing center 3 years ago! I did exactly what you explained, she went in and out, and came out when squatting, she was a surprising 9.5lbs, no tearing. My second birth was a twin birth, ZERO tearing, full term at almost 38 weeks, they were 7&8lbs, I had them in March at home with an awesome birthing team!

It's awesome you didn't tear after your first. It sounds like it could have been influenced by your breathing technique and definitely want to do myself when the day comes but it's also just way more common to tear on your first - just purely biologically.

Hi Ellen. The Ford transit is awesome. The one you showed is a lot more modern than the one I had but when I was expecting baby no 7 (which turned out to be 7&8, twins, lol) we bought one used it had 9 seats and a boot big enough to put in a twin pram, the one seat in front of the other, so very long, without having to fold up the pram. So rhea boot is massive and the seats are full adult size. I don't think you could get better to be honest. X

Say you buy a new carrier and a newborn insert. You've spent around 3-350... if you buy a wrap to use for a newborn that can be between 100-300 dollars also.... So while it's expensive, it is usable for newborn til around 2yrs... which is a good investment for their cheaper ones.

Unfortunately I wish those breathing techniques and all those other things (tea, dates, warm compress, castor oil etc..) work for everyone. Sometimes not matter what you’ll still end up tearing😂😬

No it doesn't. It's only difficult if you want to butt heads with your teenagers on to play Power trips. My parents never did that with us hence we were never an issue. Same thing with our kids. We don't go around telling them they're bad, that they don't deserve some freedom or a right of opinion. They're close to us and we always get compliments on how kind they are. Stop being so triggered that your teenagers are growing into adults. Guide them instead, get therapy if you need to to keep the lines of communication open.

Sad that not everyone will get to experience having a big family but miscarriage … it is nice to at least see others enjoying the blessing of having a big family comfortably with everything covered.

We learned during the training (Elderly care, nursing) that every inch makes a difference, when we work with people. Our physical contacts have to be clear. Ellen always shows a few inches too much skin. She is sexualized, to me. Hunger, so sorry, but a vegan hunger, I think.
