Excited for the DMZ revisit! The mode has been the only thing kept me playing MWII and got me to lvl 850, the question of “What’s the point?” still remains as there’s still not a full out-of-game economy, but a lot of stuff was added, a bunch of new features, DMZ has been the only mode in MWII where it’s exciting a new update is dropping

I would be so interested in seeing him do Pikmin 4! Pikmin 4 has definitely been hyped a lot this year. To say it would be “the death of the channel” is absurd. I think it’s just an opportunity to have others who haven’t yet seen your content enjoy it. SOur, don’t ever limit yourself! It’s your channel. Do what you want to do and the people will come. People like your content for a variety of reasons.

Thanks, although I'm not seeing anyone calling a Pikmin video the death of the channel 😂 I just do feel a bit bad delaying the thing that many people want to see. I'm not afraid to experiment with some niche variety, since I've got the weird attitude of not exactly wanting a massive channel. Yes though, there will always be people who will think "dead channel" if they think the only motivation on YT should be to be as famous as possible.

Bloody hell! I didnt think that was what ya looked like! I was caught off guard when you were talking about the AI in early games being animated while talking. Same with the thumbnails for videos, figured it was you thriwing some flare into the cocer art for the games.

I agree 100% with the parasocial-game-relationships thing. If you don’t like it, just stop. It’s fine once you give your feedback and I understand wanting to be heard, but at a certain point, that’s just negativity for the sake of it. Simple feedback is, most of the time, enough.

Loved the video! Would love to see you revisit DMZ as well, it has out of game economy and new passive missions with loot you need to find. As well as a Bounty board for a bunch of new bosses. I think there is 5 different exclusion zones now as well.

A campaign walk through for Halo 1-3, ODST and Reach would be great. Definitely think you'd enjoy it if you got into the story, lore, etc. Also, Ghosts of Tsushima is a 10/10 game if you haven't checked it out.

I jumped back to MW2 (2022) when Season 3 launched. Didn’t touch the game before that since November last year. Have to say, the gameplay is still fun, challenges are interesting etc. However, once you realize how much is behind battle pass and forced Warzone, I got fed up. Played 2-3 matches - almost got stuck with the addiction of ”one more match” lol.

So the CoD security exploit is a real thing, and content creators are more at risk than random people. Think of it as ROI where if you want to hold some ones PC/Files/Information at ransom, target someone you know has the money to pay for it. It's called an RCE Exploit (Remote Code Execution) which basically means someone can execute code on your PC without you knowing. Which could do a lot of damage up to and including bricking your PC. The main fear is that with the RCE exploits it allows people direct usage of your PC and access to ANY information you have have stored on there. Names, addresses, billing information etc. The way it works is easy, you boot up a game and as soon as you connect to the servers someone who has access to a trainer/menu that has the ability to pull user info can see you online. So even playing campaign you can be targeted. I know you brought up playing offline in the video, if you play disconnected from the internet that will work, you wont connect to the games services so you can't be seen. I'll also add because people ask all the time, yes that includes private/solo matches are unsafe. This same exploit existed in CS:GO for years actually and only got fixed when a large media company went public with the risks of playing the game. Which prompted Valve to fix both CS:GO and TF2. I did my own research on this a few years ago when I learned about it effecting CS:GO since I had been playing it since 2013 and I may have misremembered a few of the things I read from then, it's also possible better/more information has come out since then that I am not privy to so I apologize if I messed something up but this information should be pretty accurate.

Based explanation ty, RCE do be scary. From what I can tell trying to research, it's only prevalent on the older p2p games though? It sounds like maybe it's possible for MW2019-Vanguard but much more difficult, then MWII seems to just be IP grabbing stuff? Unsure, but yeah, good to be aware.

Honestly, the reason you stopped developing content on the newer cods, being "i didn't like incessantly bitching" (effectively) is the same exact reason that a lot of my personal content falls flat on its face: it's difficult for me to want to purposefully be negative, despite it being what's popular nowadays. I'd much rather you be working on things you enjoy, rather than pumping out what gets the most views too, S0ur :).

Using the "don't recommend" button on youtube def works. I do this all the time. After a few times it seems like youtube accepts my: "I don't care about other stuff than what I'm already watching."😅
