Yo i don't even remember asking that question 🤣 and thank you for answering that question, I did my due diligence and researched that DBA title of mines and considered to grow that brand via KZread so I can then consider trademarking that branded DBA for my LLC. 😂 I feel dumb and embarrassed asking that kind of question, the reaction is priceless

I want to register a name for a Trademark for example my LLC would be(these are not my actual names) : “Real Entrepreneur” and when I trademark I want to trademark it as “Real Entrepreneur” and “The Real Entrepreneur” because I will also be using “The” in front of my LLC name when I use the name on social media platforms and as my branding. Will they let you register different variations altogether or do I register separately? Would it even be necessary to register both?

What if in the TESS 2 items come up that INCLUDE the name but are not the name and both are DEAD? Can I still proceed if I want to keep my choice? Both show "Cancelled". Thank you!

Hi my husband logo designer told him that he won't give him the rights to his logo and that he have to let him file for the trademark for $1200. Can he do that?
I am currently living outside of the US, so I require the assistance of a lawyer to register my pen name with the USPTO (United States Patent and Trademark Office). Therefore, I'm uncertain whether you are able to provide this service?
