Your likelihood of consistently making money trading is abysmally low, whether you learn on your own or whether you follow the things that myself or others teach.
It’s like becoming a doctor, many people start pre-med and medical school, but only a tiny fraction of them succeed and actually become doctors. The average success rate of trading is even worse that that! Becoming a doctor is obviously not for everyone, and becoming a trader is obviously not for everyone, too.

It's truly refreshing to see a comment about Jane Nina Pickett. I've also had the pleasure of working with her for several months after discovering more about her online. Another great video Nick. I'm of the same mindset as you. Do whatever works for you. I started doing demo accounts about 12 months ago and tried all of the "rules" to follow and just found them easier to lose trades than win them. NOW, I just do what I feel will get me a winning trade, and so far, it seems to be working out for me. So much so, that I am about to start trading with real capital in a brokerage account as of the start of July. Thx again for the very useful insights that you have gathered over your time as a trader with success.
Really dig your channel Nick! I trade Metals Futures, looking to start Forex soon, so in your experience do you pay attention to news as much as we do in Futures (seems like every day!)?
I was in the close friends group in January. But couldn’t afford to continue my subscription. Definitely loved the community aspect of the discord and the daily zoom calls were super valuable and honestly ended up learning more from other members from the group than from nick himself 😂 Not discrediting nick in anyway he’s always super attentive and loves to banter around with other topics. After about a week it really felt like I was becoming friends with most of the people in the group including nick! Great atmosphere overall and I can’t wait to join back in the near future!❤

You don’t need to, but what’s important is to size appropriately to account for a few additional trades in drawdown, and also to account for being in 2 to 3 different trading opportunities at a time. I always show exactly what the lot size is, where the stop losses are, how much risk I am allocating to the specific entry, and how much total potential risk I will allocate to the total trading opportunity, should it move against me. You’re free to sort of mirror the same risk settings on your own account, but the only thing that matters is that you only risk a dollar amount per trading opportunity that you’re comfortable with. I have some clients risking 10k to 100k on the trades that I call out, with a similar risk structure and dollar amount risk as me, while I also have plenty of clients risking $100 to $1,000 per trading opportunity (counting the total basket of trades) A good idea would be to trade on demo following my trades for a month, and additionally - as soon as you join, scroll through the entire server history of the nicks trades group to see all of the trades I’ve called, how the risk was structured, and how they were managed, and what the outcomes were, between the wins, losses, and breakevens. This will give you a framework for how I can trade, and can help you decide on the best approach to following my trades/trading ideas 😌

@@NickShawnFX Wow, I appreciate all the info, it was more than I even needed! I was mostly worried about the broker stuff so I'm relieved it's not necessary. Also thanks for the breakdown about drawdowns and how you manage risk and sizing as that is how I like to trade by averaging down and I am glad you do apply this method as well. I will definitely try your program see where this goes. Thanks again!

Hello Nick! I alwas look at youre videos, they are very great. But I have a wish... when you talking about a specific trade and you will take it or have taken it before, can you then also tell us how much your trading account is, how many lots the trade is and how long the trade took before you closed it either in loss or in win???

He does state his position size and every detail about the trade when he enters and updates us immediately if he ads, or exits in the discord groups.
Insane how i overloaded myself with all the info i could when i first started out (and lost a lot of money), up until the point I came across one video of nick's, and at first i didn't get how it would work by just "winging" it... To now getting what he meant... And then looking for weekly, daily, 4hr, 1hr, 30min timeframes, making an overall trend "impression", and then once that impression is made, find an entry setup and exit criteria based on that setup and the trade just works(or doesn't). Tldr, I went from trying to find setups and decide what direction the market is going based on that setup... To just "seeing" where the market is going and then finding the right entry setup and exit criterias based on that trend. It's like I now know that nails need hammers, screws need screwdrivers, and paint need paintbrushes. It's insane i never saw this before, and it's liberating that my eyes are finally open. So thanks nick, i guess.
Awesome video Nick you're a legend mate. Ever since I started watching your videos and yes I am in your telegram group for like the past 2 years, I started realizing more and more that trading with intuition as compared to black and white rules is way easier. Before I found out about you I use to trade with rigid strategies and tried almost everything under the sun and at the same have blown 2 accounts before. Since I "threw away" the rigid systems and just accepted that the markets are random and price literally just goes up or down, trading has become much more enjoyable and I've never looked back. Just wanna say thank you for what you do bro.

@@NickShawnFX exactly I have definitely seen an improvement in my trading as well as my whole mindset, my perspective or should I say the way I perceive the markets and price action in general. Trading is not just more enjoyable for me, but also it is something I am pursuing as a full time thing and I made myself a promise that I will not give up no matter what it takes. Is it impossible to win, when trading with 100% in each trade? Is that mathematically guarenteed to blow up account?

Yeah, that would blow the account eventually. I start most of my trades at around 20k to 50k of risk, and right now there’s 300k in the account, so it allows me to have a losing streak of a couple trades before the account would be blown. It can still happen, but with the current stats, it is just unlikely to blow. Don’t deposit more into the account than you’re willing to completely lose!

Nick, if I ask this question U will think that I am idiot, but still I am asking.. and it's not a usual question... My question is that in a hypothetical situation if, I have my phone only, no laptop it's very hard to enter a trade based on limited information on screen and if I use arrows it's very hard to look... But on a laptop or on a pc it's easy to look either I use arrows & position thing (that red & green thing)... Is it right? And is it necessary to use a laptop or pc to trade?? Should I need to buy a laptop or pc?? By the way, May universe bless you 🙏 ✨️ ♥️
