So sorry you went through that😢 I’m 20 and have just never really wanted kids and don’t see myself with kids. I get so annoyed when family members argue with me telling me I’m gonna have kids one day because they just CANT believe a woman wouldn’t want kids. I couldn’t imagine wanting them so bad and having a miscarriage and people asking that. Some people struggle and some people just don’t want kids! People need to mind their business and quit asking those questions

I had two losses in 2021 and one of those were at 18w pregnant...I was able to hold and see my beautiful son. I'm so, so sorry you went through that, as well as having to deal with all the cringy, pithy comments from people. It's hard ❤

I feel like people don't realize how much society standards affect us as people. Back in the day, women wwere EXPECTED to have children. Now it's an option and people forget that. I watching watching Fool Coverage when they interviewed desi Perkins and her ad laura had a good conversation about it

So true that any wedding can be a beautiful experience! Doesn't matter the amount of guests or money spent. Me and my Husband got married in secret, only our priest and our chosen 3 witnesses knew. We spent like 700 bucks on ceremony, dinner with the "wedding party", AND one night at a hotel. It was perfect.

The map on the tux and all the little details of it was the coolest wedding thing I've ever seen. Wow. Well freaking done Jordan! The whole wedding sounded amazing. And yes, NEVER ask a woman when she's going to have kids or if she's pregnant. Just don't. Unless she herself tells you she's pregnant, keep your trap SHUT. My Mom once asked a woman when she was due and she wasn't pregnant. People carry weight in unexpected ways sometimes or could have a tumor or something so just never ask unless she says she is or is wearing a baby on board t-shirt. lol This day and age, women seem to have a really hard time getting pregnant or have a few miscarriages no one knows about so you just never know what kind of land mine you'll step on there so just NEVER ask. I know it's hard and so tempting and it's something to make conversation, but this is one subject it's better to just stay OUT of.

When I was engaged and preparing to go wedding dress shopping, I swore that I was going to have to go multiple bridal shops to find the one...I also went to this first small bridal boutique and found the one about 3 in. It is such a special and relieving feeling to find the dress for your big day and be done with it lol. Congrats to you guys! Your wedding was gorgeous down to the menus. So happy for you both

My mom passed away 2.5 weeks after my wedding and I don’t regret spending all the money for the wedding. It was the most beautiful day with friends and family and the last memories I have with my mom. Priceless.

I think they meant they should have done more research on the particular area their wedding was in. Sounds like it was in a specific type of environment (mountain or valley) which has different weather than the Bay Area in general.

I think he was talking about how they were all over the place the entire week from Palo Alto, Redwoods, San Fran, Carmel, etc., and the weather wasn’t consistent. In the vlog, Jaclyn bought a hoodie when they were on the party bus and then she bought a jacket in Carmel because she forgot to bring one. I think that’s what he was referring to.

My sister-in-law who spent so much money on her wedding ended up getting pregnant a couple weeks before the wedding. She was so freaking sick I felt horrible. Her wedding was just gorgeous and she spent the majority of it in the bathroom throwing up. Could you imagine?! She couldn’t drink I felt horrible for her but she had the most beautiful boy out of it.

Congratulations! I got married on 5/18 and we got married on the beach by ourselves with our officiant via Zoom. My family and friends were on our phones too so nobody was out of anything. That’s what we wanted. Exactly. Saved lots of money and I didn’t have to satisfy everyone because everyone has an opinion.
