Lily Dircksen I dont think it counts as an advertisement when you’re talking about your favorite items, unless theres a sponsorship involved. There are laws requiring anyone to disclose if there is an Ad or sponsorship involved with their content and I dont see one. I cant assume there is without any evidence.

I've been recovered for hmm about 8 years....n I still stay away from dieting videos etc. But I love food n never calorie count. So know that from a former aneorexic n bullemic... Full recovery n health is possible! Big hugs n love xxxxx

Jaclyn's Ranch Recipe from her Instagram: 1/2 cup sour cream, 1/2 cup milk, 1/2 cup mayo, 1 tsp dill weed, 1/2 tsp dried parsley, 1/2 tsp dried chives, 1 tsp salt, 1/2 tsp black pepper, 1/2 tsp garlic powder, 1/4 tsp onion powder, juice of half a lemon. Mix all the ingredients together.
