I also use digital, I use analog on this video because its easier to see if the voltages fluctuate. See the needle moving up and down.

When it comes to shorting you first check the capacitors, they are prone to shorting

Hi it's mostly guess work and experience i guess for the capacitor value. You can measure those in the other rails i guess and try. Or sometimes you lucky and find the circuit diagram. Yep unfortunately lots of guess 😂

I think he just left out the capacitor. The capacitor is there to reduce any noise on the power from affecting the signal. Any capacitor value of the same order of magnitude should suffice if you find you need the filtering.

Yes it can be solder back.

Sir very informative video, I have vertical line's for first 4 minutes and slowly freezing picture with audio starts then in another minute clear picture with proper audio comes from LG-47LA6200 TV (3D model). I kindly advise, all voltages are okay from T-Con board.

Hello, how are you? I brought an LG 37lg606 ur LCD TV for repair. The inverter board had a problem and the TV only stays on standby. A fuse and MOSFET number 8447 were burned on the inverter board. I replaced it and replaced the MOSFET with 45n03. Now the TV turns on. The image fills the problem. Is there a replacement for MOSFET or not? Thank you for your guidance. 🙏🙏🙏🙏

Thus capacitors are connected in parallel so they like all are shorted. do you mean to desolder the capacitor? I desolder the lowest ohm reading and that the suspected shorted capacitor.

My samsung 32" led tv backlight turns on and off when the power supply or card is touching the metal of the led. But when i lift both boards then the backlight turns on. And there are colored vertical lines on whole screen.
