Jerad, you need to do a tutorial video on how to sharpen hawkbill or karambit knives. I watched your video when you sharpened the Spyderco folder to perfection. I think sharpening this type of blade would be more challenging

Ostap Hel small designs always seem to be good. This one is definitely a wicked little blade for sure!

it's small enough to carry in a city without spooking people, but ergonomic enough to get work done. also design is eye-catching.

Hawk bills are also great for gardening. And if you're into mushroom foraging, they are fabulous.

Cool little 5th pocket for utility and a bit of self defense if needed. For the few recurves I have I usually just use a dowel and progression of sandpaper before finishing on ceramic rods, and a round strop as well. Also the way I sharpen hook knives for carving. Thanks for the look see and keep making sharp things fun and enjoyable.

Reminds me of a Spyderco Lava but with a hawkbill.

For something so wicked looking, it's pretty cute. I don't have a tiny knife yet, but something like this could find its way into my pocket sooner than later...or maybe into my wife's purse. I keep telling her I'm gonna find her a quality knife to replace the Kershaw Shuffle I gave her years ago. It was free with purchase at one of Kershaw's warehouse sales I went to years ago 😆

I think the design is really nice for a self defense blade in a lot of European countries. Just make it a bit bigger with a slightly bigger finger choil and make it a double detent.

If it was a fixed blade neck knife I'd be all over this. I like the jimping, the blade, just not something I'd have a use for in a folder due to deployment speed.

I wonder if the ergonomics would be as good for a lefty? Especially without a reversible clip. I have my doubts.
