Focus on one thing, a scent, your surroundings, instead of your internal thoughts of your life dude. I was there, and I got out. but somtimes it drags me back, i have to keep my focus and keep reminding myself. Life becomes so much more enjoyable and so much better when you focus on one little detail at a time. I was diagnosed with adhd when i was young. If i can, u guys can too. Keep it going, chin up, live life.

Wow this songs reminds of my flower, that is eternal beautiful and have been blown away with a strong wind, and till now to this day, to this moments I am looking for it's petals

For some reason, this song evokes the coldest emotions in me. It perfectly suits a very traumatic experience that I had around six months ago, and through which I managed to get, but these memories just flash before my eyes, and this feeling accompanied by the cold and mysterious sound of this song is bloodcurdling.

This morning is so perfect i have the bird singing it rains a little bit not to heavy, And i am listening to this masterpiece.

Imagine you just shut down the phone for weekend. Take tent some food for 3 days good clothing and make campfire near the lake. Listening to fire, water and animals makes finally the stress go away. Imagine all the stresfull thoughts from life disapear and you are starting to enjoy the moment. All trauma is forgotten for now. Its such a wild how cool this can be. Im going to do it this weekend. Doğurduğumun ilk günleri.. bebeğimin 2 saatte bir beslenmesi lazım.. henüz emmeyi bilmiyor, sütümü sağıp dolaba koyuyorum, içeceği zaman ısıtıyorum.. doğru düzgün uyku yok, 2 saatte bir beslenmesi gerektiği için. Sütü ısıt, doyur, gazını çıkar altını al derken bana zaten 1 saat kalıyor. O sırada arka planda bi şeyler çalsın, biraz huzurlu hissettirsin diye bunu açardım ama o bana huzur vereceğine şimdi 4 ay sonra açınca fark ediyorum ki ben şarkıya tüm hücrelerine kadar lohusalığı sindirmişim. Çocuk yaparken iyi düşünün. Toplum normlarına uyacaksınız diye, baskılara dayanamayıp ya da anlık gazlara gelip böylesine büyük ve geri dönüşü imkansız bir şeye girişmeyin. Evlat çok tatlı ama ebeveynlik, hele ki annelik firdevs hanımın da dediği gibi pranganın halkası.. :( umarım hep böyle hissetmem, iliklerime kadar iyi ki diyeceğim günler de gelir..
