Wow..I'm feeling lost lately. Reading this reminded me of when I was a child, always looked up at the sky to see which star was the brightest and assumed it was me. song may have saved my marriage the other day. My wife and have been having some trouble connecting. I was listening to Hanz zimmer while working from home. She comes in after 2 days of not talking. This song was softly playing in the backround (unintentionally) as it must have been a recommended next on the list. We talked for an hour and half. One of the things we both agreed on was forgiveness. We both aligned on the pursuit of forgiveness with each other, no matter the pain. it felt life altering. The peace in this song must have allowed us both to open up. Here's to hoping this continues.

Hearing this masterpiece with headphones is the best decision I’ve ever made.

Its about midnight 2 AM IST and I am sitting alone on my terrace looking at the sky.. its so simple, so silent and this masterpiece is taking me to a new high. It was really tough day for me. I am struggling to save my marriage, have no money, mom dad all are so far from me. Physically and by heart. Whenever I loose hope this music recalls me and says - Don't worry. I fell in love with space and the idea of the exploration of space travel when I was in a dark place in my life and felt as though traveling through such a vast universe and escaping reality would solve my problems but now I’m at point in my life where I’m finding my peace on this planet and showing gratitude for all the people,places and things that the earth has shown me. We are pioneers,explorers and there’s many amazing things we’re all capable of. I’ll most likely always watch these beautiful videos but with a different mindset now. Creo que el sentimiento más fuerte que tuvimos la primera vez que escuchamos esta increíble música es la que aparece cada vez que la volvemos a escuchar. Al menos a mí me pasa. Ese sentimiento que me comprime el pecho tan fuerte que quisiera se que vaya, pero, al mismo tiempo quisiera que se quede. Everytime i listen to this melody i remember the last 3 days my grandpa was alive and all of us knew he couldn't fight against his cancer anymore. I wasn't at the hospital, but i felt. I was watching a video with galaxies showing colorful pictures of the moon, and i sent the video for him. This melody seems to have played on my mind for the following 3 days, on sunday when i started to cry without an "explanation", on monday when i missed the visitors time and couldn't visit him for the last time, on tuesday when they called from the hospital telling us they started the sedation and when i saw him he was wide awake but couldn't recognize me anymore. Me, my brother, mom, dad, granny... we couldn't understand why but we knew that at least he was not suffering anymore. They said the sedation could take days but it was irreversible. On may 11th 2022 NASA has captured the sound black holes do for the very first time, and i could "show" him while he was wide awake. He struggled to open his big blue eyes, but he couldn't speak no more. He fell asleep, my family got home and in the middle of our travel to home, they called us saying grandpa passed away. I was never the same again and this song will aways remember me that.

i know what you mean. I keep a few melodies around for when times get tough and i need to sit alone and let if pour out. that movie to me was about my daughter and being away from her and it really hit home how that bond lasts through dimensions and you will never be apart you just have to close your eyes and get still and man how i treasure every time our eyes meet even though so much has changed. My grandaddy is the same way. he would cry in movies and you always knew he felt what you were feeling.

Not only does that beautiful thing exist, but there is infinitely more of that than of every mundane thing we usually watch or think about here on Earth. It's like most of the real world is outside, but we can only grasp an infinitesimal part of it. However we are not separated from all of this, this may only be an ego trick. Though we cannot walk through all of this, take stars in our hands, the sole fact that our eyes can project this, down to infinite distances, may remind us that we are undeniably part of this unwavering magestic danse. We too are the universe.

What I feel listening to this Zimmer's Masterpiece is loneliness in an infinite and vast universe, a feeling that I am less than a grain of sand in the emptiness of space, it surprisingly gives me comfort because I think that my existence in a Universe that has an amount of time that is so long for a human to process, is infinitely so much less that a second here on earth. Mind blowing, my fellow earthlings.

My soul is flying in the space while hearing this light hearted mel music :) I miss my dad and my lovely sister to live my life without them is too hard for me, so i search for some inner peace through this music. A silent pain killing me like for long days unnoticed unable to express or unable to explain that my pain is reasonable and can't avoid it

I share the feeling of grief that you express. Grief is very real. Some people are able to climb out of the valley of despair more easily than others. For those for whom grief is overwhelming, it seems eternal and near impossible to escape. I will pray for you devworld.

Space travels are very long; the times seem almost unreasonable for our human capabilities. Grieving is also a forced crossing into the void left by those who are no longer with us... physically. Because just like the atoms that make us up, which are 99% empty but we perceive them as full, so the people we 'lose' disappear 99%, but that 1% that remains, in our hearts and our memories, that 1% is solid, and we must be grateful to have had it. It may seem unbearable, but trust me, your father before you, his father before him experienced that, and all of us are destined to experience this pain sooner or later, and there is nothing wrong with feeling fragile, or feeling angry, or feeling nothing at all; no emotion is wrong. Let these gravitational waves that are pulling you in the nowhere at this moment exhaust themselves, and in the meantime, think about moving forward. The people who love you, whether they are with you physically or no longer with you, will always want you to fill your life with happiness, not spend your life regretting their absence... If you are still flying in space, continue without regrets, but try to return to Earth, to your life, to what remains and wants to thrive, with all your strength like the protagonist of this movie. It's crazy. I watched this movie before I had kids. And I thought what a masterpiece it was. Then after I had kids (I have a 5 year old who will be 6 in December, a 4 year old, and 1 and a half year old) I had watched the movie again, and it just emotionally destroyed me. I would hate to have what happened to Cooper happen to me and my children. My 5 and 4 year old daughter has really taken an interest to the movie, too. And they want to learn various pieces of the movie's soundtrack on the piano. Fortunately their mother, my wife, used to be a piano teacher. So they will be able to perfect these pieces soon. I am really grateful for this movie, though. It really makes you realize that family is everything.

Going through the comments, I can't help but notice all the diversity. Beautiful music like this is something we can all relate to, it is truly the international language. ❤

I go to sleep with this masterpiece...it relaxes me, makes me look back at my life and see what life is on this earth. We all have our routine and every day problems. Some days we go so hard that theres no time for our selfs to take a breath and take the pressure of our minds. I think of my family my kid my life. Its so important to take time for ourselfs. This music helps me do just that. Thank you.....

The sound is full of memories and brighter future. It comes with deep meditation. The universe is great

Just listened to this while driving at night and all around was dead just bricks and concrete no people to be seen thoughts of my grandfather who is passing away in the hospital and of my son who is only young and doesnt yet know the darkness in the world. This gave me the most surreal feeling but at the same time a small amount of hope and reassurance. Is is truly amazing what scenes music can paint in your mind. It makes me grateful of all the good i have seen and takes me so far away from the way the world is changing like i am somewhere else for a moment is only in my mind. Thankyou for this piece of art❤

Great explanation! I was thinking that every grown people on this earth will experience the deepest pain because its beauty. And you got the point in the part that you mentioned about your son. I'm Turkish and one of our novel character tells that "I looked at my son and be sad for him. Because of he hasn't awareness on this shitty earth and the devil in his humanity." The devil in our humanity makes us satisfied by our pains. Even you don't believe it.

I think I'm in love with this music. it makes me want to sit under a vast night sky and play it, and just watch the stars and the moon and the darkness. it reminds me of everything i've gone through in my life, and that makes me sad, but its also soothing and calming in some strange, ethereal way. it brings out everything in me.

This music is wonderfully relaxing. This music takes me on a journey into another dimension.

Certain songs/musical piences make me remember of a time when I was really young and could still partly recall a place and time that I have never been to in this world. This is one of those.

I am so at peace listening to this. I’ve listened to electronic (space) music since 1986. It is quieting and healing.

Just close your eyes and imagine that, the space are so endless. Even light can't escape the black hole, it devours everything. The void of the darkness, as cold as it seems. Your surroundings is so quiet, not even the sound of breathing can be heard. As your mind transcends the sacred vessel, resonating with the frequency of this very music; an existence between life and death, time dilates. Follow the flux surrounding you, but stay consciousness. As you opens your eyes, it had passed centuries. As if you've just woke up from a dream. You took a slow deep breath, things aren't gonna be the same anymore.

it's like compressing life into a tiny particle and observing it . Uma paz interior. .
