Hi brother please help me in my query I got an offer fromUWA perth and also availed non collateral loan of 35 lac from union bank of india but agent is saying that on the basis of non collateral loan you will not get admission or visa and said to do some mortgage of 35 lac but I don't have time as I reached to deadline for accepting offer wht should I do shall I accept offer with non collateral loan sanction letter.?? I considered going to aus and even got an offer. But now I have decided to go to the UK. There's a lot of difference and struggle for Australian visas. They don't want us students to be there.

Oh okay, i was really confused about that because when i checked the ATO website it says that the due date to lodge for tax return is October 30th, and lodging after that will cost extra charges maybe. Anyway thanks heaps, for clarifying that!

It might not impact your admission but chances are that the Australian government might not grant you visa on that band. In recent changes they mentioned it that one will require a minimum of 6.5 bands overall.
