BEST APOCALYPSE EVER is the world's first musical graphic novel, an apocalyptic comedy created by Michael Kooman & Christopher Dimond.
Set against the backdrop of the biblical apocalypse, this mix of comic book and musical theatre tells the story of one boy's quest to get his first kiss and save the world. Though not necessarily in that order.
In the opening number, J.J. (Sam Edgerly of Broadway's A Bronx Tale and Paradise Square) sets out for school with his best friend Drew (Alyse Alan Louis of Broadway's Amelie, Mamma Mia and Teeth) as Armageddon rages around them. Raining frogs, the disappearance of the sun, and the death of their bus driver (Eric William Morris of Broadway's King Kong and Mamma Mia) aren't enough to ruin's J.J.'s optimistic attitude.
