I think it can if its machine is 110cc up, plus a riding style.
Maybe in your country but not in the United States.I can't get mine past 55 mph. I'm only 180 lbs🤔

But well. Super Cub is not built for speed. I rarely ride it above 80kph.

You can just go slower, can't you? My Super Cub goes 95-100 kmh, I'm fine with it in Germany where we have no speed limit on the motorway and relatively high speeds on regular highways, also generally lots of speeding. You have the occasional idiot that overtakes stupidly, but generally no problems. I've also done trips around Europe on my Vespa that's only slightly faster, including Alpine passes and no problems there either.
Can you do something to make it run more than 55 miles?

It can run from 110-115km/h on stock machine.
