Hey, you were the person commenting one of my videos right?

Mostly pang laptop ung ineexplain nya sa video. The H and U suffixes are mostly reserved for laptops. The U in particular ang madalas mo makkita sa spec sheets ng laptop. Pag naman Y ung suffix, it's extremely low powered and targetted for 2 in 1s, tablets, and other mobile devices. For desktop core series intel cpus, kapag wlang suffix (for the latest generations at), that means it has integrated graphics (e.g i3 9100, i5 9400/i5 10400 all has uhd 630). Pag may F (i5 9400F) sa suffix, that means wala syang integrated graphics bbili ka pa ng dedicated graphics card. Then pag may K, that means it's unlock and pede mo i overclock. Then meron din yung T na suffix, which is the low powered version. Different sya sa Pentium. All of them have integrated graphics (e.g. Pentium G5400 has a uhd 610 igpu). Further, divided ang Pentium into Pentium Gold and Pentium Silver. Ang Pentium Gold, commonly has the G prefix, targetted for desktops, while the Pentium Silver is for laptops and other mobile devices. Take note na yung Pentium Silver pede syang may prefix na J or N (N5000) Celerons aren't entirely bad, they are just low spec'd. Kung bumibili ka ng device na merong celeron, then that probably means nagttipid ka. Then you might be looking at the Celeron N4000, N4100, or the N4200, may integrated graphics din like Pentium (N4000 has UHD 600). I think for each new generation, tntake over nila ung G prefix from the previous generation (e.g A Pentium G4560 is 7th gen, a Celeron G4900 is 8th gen). Another (which I consider is the primary) difference is the number of cores and threads na available sa bawat cpu. E.g for 8th gen and 9th gen, Pentium g5400 has 2 cores 4 threads, i3- 4c4t, i5-6c6t.

Additional Info - U series and H series CPUs are usually used one laptops and netbooks. They do not incorporate primarily to desktop CPUs. The K series however does to both desktop and laptops. :)

Me too I'm so dumb. Nabuhayan lang ako ng intes nang biglang namatay asus laptop ko and I spent 35k to buy a new one on the same day para sa work ko. Dapat talaga may backup laptop kase nga you'll never know when your laptop will die no matter how careful you are using it. Now I'm scouting for a backup laptop...

I work before at Intel Philippines from 1997 to 2009 kabisado ko lahat ng latest product ng Intel. Last product namin is Pentium di na namin naumpisan ang Intel core ( shutdown na). Kakamiss talaga magwork sa Intel pano namin gawin mga chipsets at kung ilang oras kinu-cure napakaraming test pinagdadaanan niyan😊 Proud to be part of Intel Philippines 😊 May latest na i9 2020

10 years a ago (2010) i bought my acer core i-5 hanggang ngayon buo at mabilis padin kahit paaano, gusto ko na nga magpalit kaya lang nanghihinayang ako sa pera kasi nagagamit pa naman sa work.

yung sa akin naman HP Pavilion dm 1. 2011 pa siya hanggang ngayon ginagamit ko pa rin. Ginagamit ko na siya na walang battery kasi ang dali na uminit. Di ko rin alam ano gagawin ko sa kanya if ever na ayaw ko na.

@Jas Malawani pwede naman kase swerte swerte din lang naman yan sa unit na makukuha mo. But I suggest pag malapit na mag 3 years mag budget ka na ng for replacement backup kase expected na may papalya. Kung wala naman pumalya at least naka standby na pambili mo.

You wont notice a big fps jump from the i5 to i7, so labeling the i7 as gaming is kinda misleading

"ipc" is the measurement of how fast a cpu is, and for the last few decades intel CPUs had 50% more ipc than amd CPUs, until the zen microarchitecture came to the market

@@gallegobonquin5766 same lang ung categories nila. Ryzen 9 > Ryzen 7 > Ryzen 5 > Ryzen 3. Generation is 1st number din. Ryzen 5 2600 is 2nd gen, Ruzen 5 3600 ia 3rd gen Tsaka ung X nman ng Ryzen 7 3700X is a better silicon and higher clock rate than Ryzen 7 3700. Ung G nman is Ryzen na may Graphics card ex. Ryzen 5 3400G Note: mas value for money tlga ryzen.

@@gallegobonquin5766 currently i have ryzen 5 3600x, 570i mobo, 32gb ram, gtx 1070 and never lumagpas ng 30% ung cpu nya. For the best midrange right now is ryzen 3 3300x, 16gb 3200mhz ram, rx 580.
