Took a long time for this to happen but really put a smile on my face because it not only was hilarious but did a good job with the series.

This was an awesome throwback to an awesome show! Very well done and keep up the good work.

The reason they couldn't just call the Megazord to crush the monster is that Zordon told them to never escalate a battle unless Rita forces them to. Yeah, they'd go against this later on (like Zordon telling them to use their zords to crush a monster that had overwhelmed them while it was still small) but still they at least had a reason.
