Here, the 'Birthday', '2002' and 'Friends' singer opens up to GLAMOUR’s @JoshSmithHosts about how her anxious thoughts made her question, 'how am I even going to go on stage? How am I going to do what I do when I’ve worked so hard and now I don’t even want to do it?' Anne-Marie also emotionally reveals she thought she, "was going to die," during the peak of her anxiety and how therapy and hypnotherapy helped her manage her mental health. The popstar also discusses her relationship with her body image in this empowering interview which ultimately shows you can and will get through your current situation.

I am really proud of her for the progress she's made! I suffer from anxiety too and my worries stop me from living a fulfilling life. however, I have been inspired by her self-growth to get therapy and start a journey of self-love and acceptance. it is so hard but if she can do it so can I and so can YOU (whoever is reading this suffering from anxiety)
