Annalisa is an excellent artist because she is an intelligent woman who studies singing and music without ever stopping... a solid progression. It's nice that an Italian artist knows how to reach audiences in other countries with seriousness and talent.

Glad to see you back with Annalisa. Thank you. She reminds you Madonna and Lady Gaga, what a fun. Two American-ITALIAN icons. Keep going, she’ll conquer you more and more🤗 Dig in the Italian music too, Mina a must, the song “ Oggi sono io” one of my recent favourite. She has the same long music career as Barbra Streisand( divine levels).

In the 1950s? "Volare" (Nel blu dipinto di blu) by Domenico Modugno. In the 1960s? Oh... there was quite a buzz. First of all the singer-songwriters cantautori), who made Italian music history: Umberto Bindi ("Our Concert"), Pino Donaggio, Gino Paoli, Bruno Lauzi, Sergio Endrigo, etc. etc. And then early rock groups began to gain space, but above them all reigned the queen, the true wonder: Mina. Clelia, buon anno! Bello vedere che segui Annalisa. Una scoperta della scorsa estate ascoltando uno spot in tv( le telefonate ecc..) Pensai che fosse un peccato che una voce così bella fosse sprecata per uno spot. Invece era una hit estiva😂. Insomma da lì, la seguo ed ora spero che abbia successo internazionale come i Maneskin. @@Florence-kn3dq Buon anno a te. Mi piace molto Annalisa, moltissimo la sua voce (da almeno 12 anni), molto meno le sue canzoni. Ma continuo a sperare. Grazie per i complimenti ma, meritati o no, per un po' non credo che scriverò molto. 😁 Sono in pieno trasloco, con trasferimento. Decisione epocale (attacco di pazzia estivo). Un abbraccio.

Annalisa never participated to Eurovision however jn 2018 she was representing Italy in OGAE second chance contest ending up 1st with her dong "Il mondo prima di te" 😊

If you want to check an old song i advice Eduardo de Crescenzo "Ancora", his vocal ability are very good and i think for a while have been a song known also outside italy even if wasn't totally known worldwide
