i honestly love and adore this woman. People always dismiss her value because of her impossible to reach professionalism. People say she's rude, cold-hearted, straightforward, and insensitive. But she's honestly just doing what a professional should be doing. Your career is not your playground, especially if you belong in a high demand, fast paced part of the economy. Anna Wintour is a once in a lifetime element this world could have. Without her, you would't have your sense of style. You wouldn't be seeing all these style trends that are coming back and forth throughout the years. You wouldn't be able to buy clothes at an affordable price inspired by high fashion designers. You wouldn't be able to thrift nice clothes. Anna wintour is the reason why more job opportunities in the fashion industry were opened. She's the reason why your idols have nice outfits on stage. Her take towards fashion is the most important thing that matters when designers present their creations. It really is true, if Anna Wintour were a man, people would be praising him for his determination, hardwork, and passion. Don't you just hate double standards huh.

I think it's largely because she's a very British lady who's extremely professional. If you're not used to that it might read as ice queen. Also the American public values niceness over directness and that's just not always possible when you have that job.
