Yes, it looks that she loves him. It does not look though that he loves her sufficiently enough. Probably , in few years she would play with him the same trick, which his mother plays with his father, dumping him. I think that suffering this situation, as a child, HE WOULD HAVE COME UP WITH SOME CONCLUSIONS. BUT IT DOES NOT LOOK SO NOW. These men both-father and son , as it looks, cannot love anybody , but themselves. Anna is lovely, and, probably, she would choose the road, which Enrique mother had gone.
