idk, I disliked the movies too (I only saw the first two though), even when I was in the right age, but I also dislike how every single actor is following the hype of trashtalking those movies now. I mean, they knew exactly what they were getting into and they were happy to take the money and fame they got out of it. Talking about how bad and embarrassing that movie is now in order to please their audience and be considered a serious actor doesn't make them seem very likeable or professional to me

lol ppl make the exact same assumptions about me, especially since I’m blonde and ADHD and chatty. To them, my smiles aren’t sardonic, my voice sounds too happy and “girly” to be sarcastic, and I am a great conversationalist bc I have severe anxiety and am the oldest child of divorced parents, so I hate awkward silences. However, it’s saved my life a few times. I’m constantly underestimated and it’s always assumed I’m sweet and innocent and harmless. That reputation goes a loooong way when you need to get revenge or something. My actual friends know I am anxious, pessimistic, bitter, jaded, and pretty much a lost cause. lol

I loved how she gave all these little stories behind the movies and reflected on the team effort that made those movies great. Awesome!

I love the way she talks about her experience and how she always ties it to another person and she loves all of them and is so generous about how great those people are but also so generous toward her younger self? I don't think I've ever seen an interview of a famous person that made me like them this much omg

I've seen a lot of these videos with actors that have a larger filmography than Anna Kendrick and the video is less than 15 minutes because they're just trying to do the "press" they have to and don't really want to be there. Anna is different, she's not just putting genuine effort in but going deeper into her honest opinions on the movie and the creative process. Props to her.

Absolutely adore Anna Kendrick. I actually watched this video to hear her talk about one of my all-time favourite films... Mr Right (2015). Sadly, it isn't even featured on the timeline. For anybody who hasn't seen it, the film also stars Sam Rockwell and they are incredible together. Such a fantastic film!

Seeing the first pitch perfect in theaters was one of the best theater experiences I’ve ever had. My friend asked me to come along to see it, and because I knew nothing about it except that it was a singing movie, I didn’t think it would be that great. I had never laughed that hard during a movie, and being in a theater packed with people on a Friday night made it even better. That makes me miss going out to theaters now during the age of COVID. Can’t wait to be back with people watching movies (safely).

I love that she can’t stop talking about her co-stars... such a down to earth lady.

I love how at 3:09 she says her and Mae weren’t gonna get play the mean girl role, yet she got the twilight one and Mae got Amity in Owl house several years later lol

she literally radiates good vibes and the way she’s always giving credit to the crews she works with is amazing

They forgot "what to expect when you're expecting" and "last 5 years"

THANK GOD FOR INTIMACY DIRECTION, we had a really smart woman come in for this play I did and I think it would’ve been a really troubling time if she didn’t make everything feel so safe

I had the same feelings when I saw A Simple Favor. I was like “is this a drama/mystery or a comedy?” Either way it was a brilliant movie and one of her best!

Anna Kendrick and Kristen Bell always bring such great energy to whatever they do.

I look back and now realize how iconic Pitch Perfect was. Every song was so rememberable and everyone loved it.

1) I could listen to Anna talk all day. 2) Seems there's a few movies I've missed. Time to watch some stuff.

No one did Her character is the most confusing character I have ever witnessed in a movie

She's been in so many great movies that she talked for half an hour and still we're here complaining why she didn't include more

This was probably my favorite one of these. It was long form and interesting. Nothing felt glossed over, there wasn’t too much detail. It was just fun and informative!

Anna: “The weather made me miserable” The comment section: “haha did you hear that guys?? She hates Twilight!!”

Anna is an example of why we shouldn't discredit ourselves... Everytime she thought she did terrible, she got the part! We need to believe and trust in ourselves more 🙌🏼 Well done Anna to all the success you've created for yourself ❤️

If we're discussing her career, why aren't we discussing her Broadway career as well unless this is strictly her film career.

Shes also very funny, i recommend following her on twitter. Shes the TP gorgeous, funny and smart. I love her so much, the pitch perfect trilogy is my favourite of hers.

The cup song alone is bigger than the franchise itself. It was so iconic that even people who never heard of the movie knew the song or at least the cup trend, like it was THAT big. Anna including them in the film is brilliant

Love life was the greatest experience I’ve ever had. I can’t call it a show. It was so moving!!!!

I thought she was wearing a dress until 22:04 and then I was like “oh wait what?”

Man, the first thing I saw her in was Twilight and she stole every scene. She's also super entertaining in every interview. I just love her quirky, self-degrading humor.

She is so great. I loved her autobiography as well. Listening to her narrate her career is just so fun because she's so bright and real and relatable throughout.
