I think that was unintentional on her part.

The entire conversation between Ryuji and Ann at the end is so nice because..I just realized they aren't bickering!! Especially for Ryuji's sake, it feels like everyone's always got it out for him, but they ARE friends. It's nice to see them just getting along and having fun haha!

As trope-y as things get in P5, there's still some realism and care between the characters so it's not always Ryuji being the brash dumb one and the girls getting on his case for it.

@@GabePlaysYT Thing is, I’d argue Ryuji has more stupidity issues than Junpei. Ryuji actively put the team at risk with how reckless and loud he was with the Phantom Thief secrecy. For some reason, Yukari got on Junpei’s case for simply existing! I know they were close beforehand, but her attitude towards his jokes were far beyond teasing level lol

Which is why the the girls beating him up after they found out he was alive was just silly at best and just awful at worst. But Yukari and Junpei were on a whoooole other level lol. Like you say, Yukari seemed to hate Junpei for living which tbh just made Yukari seem like an ass lol

Anne's support conversation is absolutely the best. She's so sweet 'n positive with everyone, especially to the protagonist. Anne best girl.

P5 needs it. It felt like our friendships were based around the phantom thieves, not because we were actually friends. I love them all, but I honestly can't imagine them hanging outside of phantom thieve business. P4 did a lot better with making a friend group. Hopefully we get these moments with P5R.

If anything, the game pushes for Makoto the most. However, that's just hinting. There is no canon waifu for 5. 3 has Aigis and Yukari, while 4 Golden has Marie.

Not really. The canonicity of The Answer and Golden's True Ending make them retroactively canon. Whereas in 5, the only moment Ann has is their intro cutscene, whereas P5A _does_ have some Makoto moments, it's not really enough to push for canonization.

Even if Morgana managed to get a human form, I still wouldn't ship him with Ann because of the massive age gap.
