    sometimes I miss the far foot so instead I fake an inside trip which makes them step the trip leg back leaving the far foot vulnerable and it works like a charm

    getting that hip-to-hip detail keeps the shoulder pressure and easier to foot block. Great tips and finer points in the vid

    I believe that move is a type of uchimata when you get hip to hip and kick your leg in between the opponets
