These are good tips. Tip #1 is wear the correct footwear for the surface. If you're wearing FG boots on an AG surface, your foot is sitting up a bit higher and they stick in the turf too much, making it wayy easier to roll your ankle, no matter how strong and flexible it is. I don't like an elevated heel on my boots. I also found out through a podiatrist that I have functional hallux limitus (low mobility in my big toe joint) which makes u more prone to ankle sprains and affects your gait so it can affect your knees, hips, on up.
i developed arthritis from not properly resting an ankle injury. over the years it became weaker and now it’s hard to cut with the ball. take these injuries seriously!

I have got another of ankle twistes and it hurts so bad. But now when I saw this video It really helped to improve.

3 weeks ago i sprained my ankle, did not do that much rest and thought i was good to go nd two days ago i sprained the same ankle again… it hurts even worse i hate my ankles lol… please work them boys and make them bulletproof.
