The playmaking takeover is supposed to freeze defenders with augmented ball-handling abilities. Yet with Ankle Breaker HOF, Tight Handles HOF, Space Creator HOF, and Playmaking Takeover. I have never froze or dropped a defender. It needs a buff like it did in 2k20.
