My right eye suddenly started seeing like 10pt font at phone distance and my left sees 12pt. Right eye also developed sudden anisocoria (different pupil size). Almost like the right eye thinks things are further away because of the smaller image size and adjusts the pupil bigger. Still don’t know why.

Yes, my right eye (+7.25) add +2.00 had a different prescription in my left eye (+8.75) add +2.00… crooked vision would be plus one guess 50%. And strabismus in left eye

Very informative... I have read in Von Noorden's book, that aniseikonia might not be symptomatic at all since uniocular clues to depth perception is there... So can we assume that aniseikonia will lead to a suppression?

It's the difference in sizes between the images of the two eyes that matters.
