--- Shimura Takako sensei is amazing! Have you read Aoi Hana? It's the sweetest most comfy slice of life ever, and is sooo adorable. The anime is great too. I didn't really like the anime adaptation of her Hourou Musuko manga though. I read the manga first, and Saorin was my favorite character, but in the anime they focus on like 10 chapters (out of like 150) when Saorin is struggling with things, and they make her seem like a brat in the anime. It really bothered me, b/c the anime doesn't go into any details about how they met, how Saorin gave Nitorin her nickname, or how Saorin was the first accepting person Nitorin could come out to, and how she gave her all her old clothes and stuff. Chiba-chan was done a great disservice in the anime lol

If you like the the promised neverland anime, you should read the manga! It's so good! The story gets so interesting (it's change a bit in the beggining but not to much just details) and the art style is so beautiful + there's so much gore

Omggg, Tohru, Madoka, and Nitorin!!! I can't believe you even know Nitorin, barely anyone has watched Hourou Musuko. Shimura-sensei is amazing! Have you read the manga? I didn't like the anime so much cuse they basically only animated like 1/100th of the series in a time when Saorin wasn't getting along with Nitorin, but really Saorin is my favorite character. If you didn't read the manga, you would think she's just a b*tch, but really she's the one who encouraged Nitorin to follow her dreams, and even gave her a bunch of outfits to get started. Shimura-sensei has another beautiful anime called Aoi Hana, which also has the same stunning water color, relatable characters, and beautiful storyline. I really recommend it!! I'm also so happy with this new Fruits Basket remake. I would have liked the original OP, but overall the VAs, art, and animation are all perfect!! So I'm extremely hyped for the rest of furuba

People complained about the pacing in the manga. I personally found the writing amazing, and loved Norman's arc. Also, I loved the dad figures they introduced. The writing for me was captivating, and I loved the characters. My only complaint is the ending is a bit too clean, but it's still bittersweet. So, I would definitely give it a read and formulate your own opinion.

Ooh nice! I haven’t seen much of Wandering Sun around. I found it on Thomas Sanders’ video on guessing badly quoted anime plots.

This was such a wonderful video. I can relate to the whole thing with Fruits Basket because that was my very first anime and manga, too. It's one of the main things that inspired me to become a writer. It's such a lovely and touching story. 💕

I'm honestly super happy to see another Madoka Magica fan- it's quite an old anime so not many people know of it. And I feel the way you replicated it was really alike and pretty. And I agree with the fact that the jawlines are hard to replicate when it comes to the anime itself- it has such a distinct style it's honestly mesmerizing. I remember watching the first episodes and just- being in a trance at how beautifully terrifying the Witch's World was- and how it got so dark yet hopeful at the end. Truly a great anime.

Ohmygosh I'm literally dying over here about your Madoka Magica shrine that's my favorite anime and I want one too but I don't currently have the display space to justify buying more figures at the moment ;-; (though I do have a figure of Madoka and one of the chibi figures with changeable faces of Mami in a yukata that came with a little Bebe so my collection has started owo)

you replicate the styles so well i just love it!! idk if you’re looking for recommendations but an anime i think you might like is Little Witch Academia. awesome art and such an amazing story. there’s two short films and a manga series too. it’s on netflix btw

The on thing i would recommend when drawing anime (aka manga) next time try drawing for fluent lines cause you're lineart is sort of shaky

What a cool selection of anime you chose! I'm just so happy to hear your thoughts on Furuba -- it's my favourite manga series ever and it's lovely to see it being done justice in the reboot. I hope you continue to watch! All of these pieces were done beautifully! I think my favourite attempt of yours was the Wandering Sun one, it's such an underrated show and you drew such a beautiful picture for it. Great job as always!

You did very good! I absolutely agree with everything you said about madoka magica. It's one of my favorites as well~ I also got a very nostalgic pang from seeing fruits basket because it was my whole friend group's first anime, I should get myself caught up on the remake for sure.

I love One Punch Man, season 2 is out and I heckin bing watched.... Can't wait for season 2 episode 11 to come out in 6 DAYS

The Fruits Basket one is my favorite, honestly. You did really well on the other ones but I liked the Fruits Basket design of your character the best out of all of them
