Honestly this is actually true! Because of people not balancing their skills and mostly focus on the looks and detail. They end up with having good detailed art but not so great animation. So most begginers have it balanced.

But 6-7 years is enough to make you better than that. Its uncommon for us animators to not have any professionals guiding us, so I find it hard to believe that that’s all she improved in 6-7 years.

Actually, now that I take a closer look, Rossali actually improved a ton. I just think that there's still more room for improvement. 6-7 Years is a ton of years to improve on.
