holy shit! I've just learned about primal/ animal movement exercise and I am in awe. I have been slowly teaching myself to dance and have been craving the ability to toss myself around on the floor (in a controlled way, like these guys) but I am not flexible or strong enough to get myself back up smoothly. I want to be able to move like a child again! This video has me absolutely sold on this form of exercise/art form. It's beautiful!

I would say this is inspired by Brazilian Art of Capoeira, Capoeira its the name of the grass they use to train and therefore they improved the movements from Animals ;) I can bet capoeira its the main inspiration for this modality. Therefore it's very interesting but Capoeira much more complete and complex and much much harder.. Axé!! By the way very cool!

Watch videos from guys showed in this compilation. There are also nice introductions for beginners, if you search for "Animal flow". This is niche workout, so even in the bigger cities, you may have problem with find proper tutor. Maybe try this at yours own place with some basic moves. But if you prefer learning things with instructor and group, and have not animal flow classes in your neighborhood, maybe you shoud look at the capoeira society - this is similiar, popular and have far more solid theory and practice core.

@@mateuszkozak6996 It is simple and free off charge. Pretty new therefore have no useless envelope off "technical purism". At first look at basic animal positions ABC (A-Ape B- Beast C- Crab) practice each one position and then try to make "flow" beetwen them. Learn and fun; I see it that way. Pozdrawiam Cię.

@@kristijantadic8476 It's more about making a statement on how society suppresses you into being "normal". Children don't care about most things, they just want to have fun and enjoy life. That also applies to exercise. Before the 80's running/jogging was not accepted in modern society; along with weight lifting, Aerobics, and yoga.
