I am in awe of this video. You just calmed an aggressive male lion simply by knowing how to sit, and be present with him, tuning into his heart and mind, not dominate and control his behavior. Absolutely amazing work! 💖🐾

This is so beautiful. Thank you so much James. I have been doing a 'no mind' meditation for the past 5 years- Mastering Alchemy. I incorporating the Trust Technique and am finding it to enhance my meditation and my life in every way. The Trust Technique is truly life changing. I wish everyone on earth would learn it!

Dear James French and friends, Yes, I watched the video on your site!! Full of wonderful insights and keys to unlock more peaceful, healing, loving relations not just with animals but people, too. All Life, really. The unfortunate thing is that I dont have any non-human animals in my life right now to practice with :( I would so love to help out on farms and in sanctuaries however the pandemic, it's not easy reaching out. Im so glad though that I found your videos during the pandemic! I shared the most magical love story of Val and Twilight with all my friends and family. You have really uplifted my world and I can't wait to start working again, a little bit of income, and thusly have the chance to dive deeper into learning the Trust Technique!
