@@Saphal_2012 He didn't cook it in the water enough. It takes like an entire day on simmer. Also he should use a dehydrator afterwards. That way you get lots of tiny bubbles and the texture is crispy and light. Could have done the same with the cow skin.

The pork chips are what we call "pork scratchings" and are worth be given a fair chance. There are recipes for it but find one where it's just roasted in the oven instead of frying. Best way to do it imo.
