@@NeonSprinklesTVYeah, Thomas used to be in Gloryhammer, Seeb is still the main guy in Orden Ogan (new album soon!), Thalia played on two albums with Frozen Crown and Manu on two with Rhapsody
I was there and when they played the last song, I was literally like "NOOOOOOOOO why so short??? Damn!!" It was really really entertaining and fantastic! Love you Angus, can't wait to see you live again!

@@bigdaddydiesel5520 but they have released an album. If I remember well they couldn't play all the songs, they had only 45 mins 😢and Angus is such a funny man , he likes playing with us so there wasn't much time left

I love him, but it feels like 90% of the lines are playback, they sound the exact same as in the disc and that didn't happen in his previous band. In the first song it seems like he only sings the last two lines or so.

@@user-yi6li8yg2w I personally think that spectacle goes first, but of you're gonna use backing tracks, at least they should not be so obvious and leave something for the improvisation of the moment. Some of Thomas best career moments were times where he deviated from what was in the album song, I get if his voice is not as healthy anymore he may want to use backing tracks but he should find a way to mix that with the things he can do on a live stage

Actually if you listen closely, there's a lot of subtle differences. For example, when he sings the line "Fallen Hero" in "Master of the Universe", there's a bit of extra vibrato in the word "Fallen" that isn't there on the studio version. That tells me he's definitely singing live.@@andarerYT
I still maintain that this was one of, if not the best show of 2023

Thomas canta muito e quem conhece de antes já sabe, mas porra bicho, priorizaram demais a performance e apelaram muito pro playback. Espero que com mais tempo de banda nesse novo projeto achem um equilíbrio. Show enérgico e divertido. Vou parar para ouvir mais essa banda, é bom esses metal espadinha de vez em quando pra se divertir.

@@pvnl777 Se o que o Christopher Bowes disse for verdade, o Thomas registrou os direitos autorais do Gloryhammer em seu próprio nome, então a demissão pode ter sido pra manter a propriedade intelectual da banda internamente. Além do mais, parece que o Thomas também se recusava a fazer treinamento vocal.

Just google it. It's Seeb the Songwriter. And also the Singer and Songwriter from Orden Ogan (check them out!). He produces a lot of other stuff, too.

As someone who has listened to Laser Shooting Dinosaur A LOT, this does sound a lot like the studio version 🤔
Compared to some of his gloryhammer performances his live vocals have greatly improved. Awesome stuff👍🏻👍🏻

It's very likely lip syncing. Laser Shooting Dinosaure sounded exactly the same as the album version.

@@heinrichstaub5780 I could be wrong, sounds way too close to me. If it's not lipsyncing then maybe they are doing something different from Gloryhammer because he had trouble on live performances with Gloryhammer. If I recall correctly Gloryhammer refused to use any kind of voice track for him which was an issue because he allegedly refuses to take singing lessons and doesn't take care of his voice. You can google it, I've seen people saying the same stuff for a while or how he sings the wrong lyrics but it doesn't come out since it's a voice track. I find it really suspect when any band sound about as good live as they do on the album. I'm not really taking anything away from the performance even if it's lip sync because it's better than a bad performance and if it helps keeping his voice healthy then it's fine.
So nice to hear great music that isn´t meant being too serious. An I never thaught that a notar could be such a nice funny guy. You know the picture in your head when thinking about "Beamte"

When the show starts and the girl shouts to encourage the audience, does she not have a microphone or am I blind? How does the audio come out? Or don't wait, it's all a great playback, right? It doesn't matter, I want to see them live! Angus is great!

Spectacular lip syncing job. The part at 6:33 where he mouths the wrong words ("blaster gun") but the vocal track has different lyrics is especially impressive. I'm also a fan of how his vocals sound identical in every show he's done with his new band, almost like he's using the same track every night. He's a fraud who can't sing live anymore and is too afraid to admit that.

finally someone says it damn, theres a video i saw months back where someone overlayed a live performance of Laser Shooting Dinosaur with the actual track and the vocals were literally identical. Tom is a total fraud.

Well, they've had interviews where Seeb has said Bowes was crazy for letting a voice like that go, not to mention he was the one who called Thomas within an hour of the firing being announced. Thomas has also said he got at least a dozen more calls that same day, but Seeb just got there first and had the best ideas.

I also highly suspect playback. He was never this solid throughout the Gloryhammer days. I mean he is a good singer, but he was never at a level that you can hardly distinguish from the record.

When this was called out on the upload on his own KZread channel he edited a blur box to cover his mouth before removing it after people noticed. There are numerous other examples of him fucking up the lip syncing at other shows as well. He's a fraud.

@@lintonthepenguin His mouth is literally partly not even on screen while he sings „blaster gun“. Also you don‘t know if the video and sound are all cut in sync. It‘s Chris Bowes who started the playback rumour and we all know he can‘t stand Angus McSix being more successful than his own band.
This vocal is about as live as Queen Elizabeth.
Nope the name doesn't do it for me... nor dose the look...
